For the first time, Joey McAdams was asked to incorporate the film festivals overarching theme into his opening.  The theme for 2009 was Edgar Allan Poe.  Shot and edited in secret, we had no idea what to expect and didn’t see the piece until a couple days before premiering it at the Fest.
